ON-LINE GUARANTEED PLACEMENT FOR RETURNING PLAYERS TO ROY GAYLE

This Guaranteed Placement is powered by a company known as Active Network.
They do this for many types of programs and activities.
Because of that, they ask you if you wish to register for this “event”
Our Guaranteed Placement is considered an “event”
We hope you can and will complete all blanks, but remember that only the items marked with a red * are necessary to complete the process.
Step 1 – Determine your child’s league age for NEXT season. If you have the printed form that was mailed to you, it is listed in the middle of the front page.
If you do not have the form, then
---- If you child played in the Girls Softball leagues or WILL Play during the 2011 season, then her league age will be the age she will be on January 1, 2011.
---- For ALL other players, the League Age will be his/her age on May 1, 2011.
Step 2 - Please read each statement and find out which one is appropriate for your child. Then it is time to complete the online form.
You cannot sign-up two or more players at the same time. Each child must be signed up separately.
If your child is a girl who will have a league age of 8 or 9, AND she played Pinto baseball this season and now wishes to play Mustang Softball, select “Mustang Softball” for the league name. If you wish your girl to play for a particular Team or Manager, you must get that manager to sign the SELECT TEAM form (form is available at Roy Gayle from the Park manager) and submit that form to the Park Manager at Roy Gayle. If a form is NOT completed, we assume you have no preference of team.
If your child (boy or girl) will have a league age of 7, select “Move-up to Pinto” for the league name. If you wish your child to play for a particular Team or Manager, you must get that manager to sign the SELECT TEAM form (form is available at Roy Gayle from the Park manager) and submit that form to the Park Manager at Roy Gayle. If a form is NOT completed, we assume you have no preference of team.
If your child is a boy who will have a league age of 9, select “Move-up to Mustang” for the league name. If you wish your boy to play for a particular Team or Manager, you must get that manager to sign the SELECT TEAM form (form is available at Roy Gayle from the Park manager) and submit that form to the Park Manager at Roy Gayle. If a form is NOT completed, we assume you have no preference of team.
If your child (boy or girl) will have a league age of 11, select “Move-up to Bronco” for the league name. This link is to be used by both Automatics and Draft players.
If your child (boy or girl) will have a league age of 13, select “Move-up to Pony” for the league name. This link is to be used by both Automatics and Draft players.
If your boy will have a league age of 15, select “Move-up to Colt” for the league name.
If your child (boy or girl) will have a league age of 6, 8, 10, 12, or 14, and is staying in the same league, select “Returning Player to same league” for the league name.
If your girl will have a league age of 15, and still would like to play Pony Softball for girls 13, 14, & 15, the select “Returning Player to the same league” for the league name.

For players moving from Shetland to Pinto, Pinto to Mustang, or Pinto to Mustang Softball, do not enter any info here. You still need to deal with the paper form at the Park.
