REGISTRATION CALENDAR 2011

Remember that there are two parts to being a Roy Gayle player -

    For new players - you must sign-up ($25) then Register (remainder of Player Fee)

    For returning players - you must complete a Guaranteed Placement ($25), then Register (remainder of Player Fee)

Starting June 15  2010 - New Player Sign-up Begins

June 15 to Aug 1 - Guaranteed Placement forms are mailed and need to be return by Aug 1 with $25 fee.     Completing a Guaranteed Placement form with fee holds your spot until MARCH 1, 2011.  Parents can also complete Guaranteed Placement on-line.

September 30 - Last date for 10 year old Mustang Baseball, Bronco Baseball, Pony Baseball, 10 year old Mustang Softball, Bronco Softball, & Pony Softball to submit Guaranteed Placement forms.  Players whose forms are NOT in become "Non-returning players."  Only returning players are drafted  in October.

October 31 - Last date for 8 year old Pinto and 9 year old Mustang Baseball to submit Guaranteed Placement and Fee.  Players whose forms are NOT in become "Non-returning players."   Only returning players are placed in November.

December 31 - New Player Sign-up via the website ENDS

January 15 - On-line Registration begins for Returning Players & New Players.  "Non-returning players" are considered as NEW PLAYERS if they register.

February 1 - Registration forms are mailed to all eligible players.  Parents can register on-line or by mail.

February 20 - In-Person Registration for all RETURNING players

February 26 - In-Person registration for all NEW players

MARCH 1 - ALL GUARANTEED PLACEMENTS ARE NULL & VOID.    NO REGISTRATIONS ARE GUARANTEED PLACEMENT AFTER MARCH 1.

March 12 - Mandatory Managers Meeting

March 19 - ALL REGISTRATION BECOME FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED.   Leagues may close registration at any time after March 19.
